The Story
Recognizing the lack of quality sports infrastructure in rural areas, Neeru Yadav initiated the development and improvement of village sports grounds to create a safe and accessible environment for young athletes.
The initiative included leveling the ground, improving playing facilities, organizing sports activities, and encouraging girls and boys to actively participate in sports. The sports ground has become a hub for hockey practice, physical fitness, community events, and youth engagement.
By investing in grassroots sports infrastructure, this initiative promotes healthy lifestyles, nurtures local talent, and strengthens community participation while creating opportunities for rural youth to pursue sports at higher levels.
