The Story
Founded with the vision of creating inclusive, self-reliant, and sustainable communities, Aditri Foundation works at the grassroots level to improve the quality of life for rural citizens through innovative and community-driven development programs.
Under the leadership of Neeru Yadav, the Foundation has successfully implemented transformative initiatives in environmental conservation, women's leadership, education, biodiversity, sports promotion, water conservation, digital innovation, and rural governance. Its flagship programs—including the Bartan Bank Initiative, My Tree My Friend Campaign, 100,000 Multi-Species Seed Ball Innovation, Nari Disha Leadership Program, English Medium Play School, and AI Smart Panchayat Initiative—have become inspiring models of sustainable development.
