The Story
Believing that empowered women create empowered communities, Neeru Yadav launched the Nari Disha Leadership Program to prepare rural women for leadership roles in governance, education, entrepreneurship, and social development.
The program provides structured training in leadership, communication, financial literacy, digital skills, public speaking, Panchayati Raj, legal awareness, and sustainable development. Women are encouraged to become active decision-makers, community mobilizers, and changemakers capable of solving local challenges through innovation and collaboration.
Through workshops, mentoring sessions, interactive discussions, and practical community projects, participants develop confidence, leadership abilities, and professional skills that enable them to contribute meaningfully to their families, villages, and society.
The initiative has become a platform for nurturing a new generation of rural women leaders who are creating positive change while inspiring others to participate in community development.
